The staff was really healpfull, the bedroom was cosy and confortable and the terrace and swimming pool were great places to spend the afternoon and relax.
I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I believe could be improved is the breakfast. Although it has a good assortment of items, for my taste it lacks healthy choices such as whole grain cereals and bread, sugar free juices and low fat yougurt and milk.
The location and the decoration and the management
the view is very nice; very comfortable staying
An amazing hotel in an amazing location. The staff was truly hospitable and kind. The food very special and gourmet. It was our 2years wedding anniversary and I cannot think of a better place to have chosen!
historical environment .Gardens
Overpriced food like 7Eur50 for additional small cup of cappucino for breakfast
The place and enviroment is really wonderful.
Breakfast is poor and monotonous.
Beautiful place, great food, very silent and relaxing.
The staff is not that nice. You would expect that in such a fine hotel they would be more polite. After a great dinner at the hotel restaurant Il Canto, we ordered another glass of wine at the hotel library, and first the waiter served us around 30ml of wine (of which we never new the name-producer) and after that the waiter refused to bring us more wine and asked us to leave the nice library of the hotel because he had to lock it. And it was around 11 pm! nevertheless it is a great hotel. They should bemore careful about the staff.
The staff were lovely and the building and gardens are superb.
The restaurant Il Canto was terrible- deep fried chicken and spaghetti grossly over salted.
Historic facility in a typical Tuscany environment with an acceptable proximity to Siena. Nice&Friendly staff ( Vivien, Anna, and others); pool and comfortable rooms..
breakfast could be enriched; despite high quality standards of the facility, prices could be somewhat lower!1
Magnificent setting. Staff & hotel were impeccable.
